It is a source of great pride that Mahmadrajab Nazarzoda, a fifth-year student majoring in German and English at the Faculty of European Languages, secured second place in the adult 74 kg category at a national mixed martial arts (MMA) competition held in Dushanbe in commemoration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan. In recognition of his achievement, he was awarded a silver medal and commemorative gifts.
It is also noteworthy that Mahmadrajab Nazarzoda has qualified this year to participate in the World Mixed Martial Arts Championship, which is scheduled to take place in Tbilisi, Georgia.
We are confident that this dedicated and ambitious young athlete will demonstrate his talent and determination at the championship, achieve further success, and proudly raise the flag of Tajikistan on the international stage.
