The Information and Analytical Department is a structural unit of the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulugzoda. The Department was established pursuant to Resolution No. 6/4-3 of the Academic Council dated January 31, 2019, and comprises two staff positions: the Head of the Department and a Specialist.

The primary objective of the Analysis and Information Department is to promote the University through its newspaper, official website, and official Facebook page, as well as to edit articles, abstracts, and other publicistic materials. The Department contributes to improving the quality of education and organizes the University’s information activities in accordance with applicable sectoral regulations and legal requirements.

Main areas of analytical activity:

• disseminating information on the scientific, cultural, social, and economic life of the Republic of Tajikistan among the public;

• promoting the scientific achievements of the University’s scholars, doctoral researchers, postgraduate students, and master’s students, as well as those of leading scientific institutions of the Republic of Tajikistan across various fields;

• submitting recommendations and proposals to the University administration for addressing existing shortcomings and improving institutional performance;

• ensuring broad public access to the University’s official social media pages, newspaper, scientific journal, and official website;

• supervising and organizing the activities of the Young Journalists’ Club “Tului Sukhan” in a timely manner.

Information support activities:

• protecting the rights and interests of the University and maintaining the confidentiality of information entrusted by the University administration in written or oral form;

• providing regular media and information coverage of all University-level events, including conferences, round tables, seminars, meetings, competitions, and cultural programs, and publishing relevant news and reports through the University’s official information channels;

• publishing timely announcements regarding conferences, scientific and literary clubs, competitions, academic olympiads, and other University events on the official information platforms of the University.
