Academic Staff

According to the latest statistical data, the University employs 556 staff members. This includes 52 managerial personnel (19 women), 95 support staff (71 women), 55 technical employees (42 women), 273 full-time faculty members (149 women), and 48 part-time external lecturers and specialists (18 women).

In addition, the University-affiliated Gymnasium employs 33 teachers, of whom 31 are women.

Overall, women account for 330 of the University’s 556 employees, representing 59.3% of the total workforce.

It should also be noted that 134 full-time academic and teaching staff hold advanced academic degrees, including 15 Doctors of Science and 119 Candidates of Science (PhD equivalent). The University’s academic qualification rate stands at 49%.
