As part of the University’s series of festive cultural events, a cultural and recreational program entitled “Welcoming Independence” was held at Ustod Rudaki Park with the participation of faculty members and students of the Faculty of European Languages. The event was dedicated to the Youth Day of Tajikistan and the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan and was organized at a high professional level.
The event was attended and addressed by Zulfiqor Ahmad Gulahmadzoda, Chairman of the Committee for Youth and Sports under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, and the University Rector, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Zhilo Gulnazarzoda.
In their speeches, it was emphasized that organizing such events contributes to creating a favorable cultural and recreational environment, strengthening the intellectual and creative potential of young people, enhancing cultural awareness, and fostering a strong sense of national identity and pride.
The program continued with exhibitions of traditional crafts and books, as well as a vibrant cultural performance presented to the participants. Performances by young artists, poetry recitations, educational theatrical scenes, and live music added a lively and memorable atmosphere to the event.
The celebration took place in a festive spirit and warm atmosphere, leaving participants with strong feelings of patriotism, mutual understanding, and national pride.
At the end of the event, the Committee presented a certificate of appreciation to the University’s board for the fruitful cooperation.
