Today, 25 September 2026, a training seminar dedicated to the new season of the international project “Future Scientists” was held at the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature of the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulugzoda. The seminar was organised with the initiative and support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation, with the assistance of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, Rossotrudnichestvo and the Nauka.rf portal. University lecturers and students took part in the seminar.
The seminar was attended and addressed by Abdurauf Navrasov, Vice-Rector for International Relations of the University; Shahlo Hasanzoda, Dean of the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature; as well as lecturers from the Pushkin State Russian Language Institute, including Tatyana Kudoyarova, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor; Elena Petrivna, Candidate of Philological Sciences and Associate Professor; Anastasia Tananina, Candidate of Pedagogical Sciences and Associate Professor; and Alexey Paevsky, an expert and science communicator affiliated with the Russian Academy of Sciences.
It is worth noting that in 2026, the major scientific and educational project “Future Scientists” is being implemented across seven countries. More than 60 experts from leading Russian universities and organisations are delivering lectures and conducting masterclasses for young people in Armenia, India, China, Mongolia, Serbia, Tajikistan and Uzbekistan.
The “Future Scientists” project is designed for secondary-school students, university students, postgraduate students and young professionals who regard science as a promising future, wish to learn about current research, and are interested in exploring future educational pathways.
