With the aim of further strengthening cooperation in the fields of science and education, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Korea, Mr. Jeong Seong-shik, accompanied by his delegation, paid another visit to the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulughzoda.
During the meeting, University Rector, Professor Jilo Gulnazarzoda, held discussions with the distinguished guests on the University’s existing academic programmes, students’ active participation in Korean language competitions, and the growing interest among young people in learning the Korean language.
In turn, Mr. Jeong Seong-Shik expressed his satisfaction with the process of training specialists in the Korean language and praised the active participation of the University’s students in Korean language competitions. He emphasized that he would provide comprehensive support to ensure the involvement of qualified native-speaking Korean language teachers in the educational process at the University.
