Summary and Outcomes of the Week of Tajik Science at the University

From April 20 to April 25, 2026, within the framework of Tajik Science Day and in celebration of the 35th anniversary of the State Independence of the Republic of Tajikistan, 26 sectional conferences were organized and held at the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulughzoda.

Professors, lecturers, doctoral candidates, master’s students, and university students actively participated, delivering presentations under the theme: “The Influence and Integration of Humanities, Social, and Exact Sciences as a Factor of Sustainable Development in Modern Society.”

The opening session of the conference took place on April 20 with the participation of the University Rector, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Zhilo Gulnazarzoda; Head of the Department of Education and Science of the Executive Office of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Quvvatzoda Saydullo Zuvaid; Member of the Assembly of Representatives of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor of the Department of Theory and Practice of Linguistics Matrobiyon Saodatsho; Professor of the University of Cambridge (UK) Mahbut Ghaffori; as well as faculty members, graduate students, doctoral candidates, and students of the institution.

According to the conference program, 558 academic papers from specialized and general university departments were reviewed. It is worth noting that the best papers will be edited and published in a collected volume, and the authors of the top 10 articles will be honored at national and state-level events.
