As part of the cooperation between the Sotim Ulugzoda Tajik International University of Foreign Languages and the Yanka Kupala Grodno State University of the Republic of Belarus, in May 2026, the international competition “Reciting the poem by I.V. Goethe” entitled “Fischer” and the video clip entitled “Mein Geburtsort” (“My native city”), “My dear city” was held at the Belarusian University.
6 students of the Faculty of European Languages actively participated in this competition. As a result, Saidov Emomadi, a student of group 5401, won 2nd place in the competition “Reciting G. Heine’s Poetry” under the leadership of the associate professor of the Department of Romance and Germanic Languages Kamolova Bibikalom, while Pirov Shohrukh, a student of group 5102, under the leadership of the teacher of Romance and Germanic languages Mirov H., won 3rd place.
Also, 4 other students of the University were awarded diplomas and souvenirs for their active participation.
This valuable achievement should be celebrated by the staff, teachers, and students of the University.
