On June 6, 2026, Avaz Yusufzoda, a lecturer at the Department of Philosophy and Political Science of the Tajikistan International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulughzoda, successfully defended his Candidate of Sciences dissertation entitled “The Role and Position of the Scientific Elite in the Political Life of Society (A Case Study of the Republic of Tajikistan)”.
The dissertation was prepared under the supervision of Professor Khojamurod Safaralizoda, Doctor of Political Sciences, and was defended before Dissertation Council 6D.KOA-079 at the A. Bahovaddinov Institute of Philosophy and Political Science of the National Academy of Sciences of Tajikistan.
