Today, May 23, 2026, the staff and teachers of the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulugzoda, led by the rector, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Zhilo Gulnazarzoda, visited the Luchobi Cemetery in Dushanbe to honor the memory of the faithful children of the nation.
During the visit, the participants visited the tombs of the Heroes of Tajikistan Nusratullo Makhsum and Shirinsho Shotemur, as well as the glorious son of the nation Nisor Muhammad, laid a wreath at their tombs and prayed for their well-being.
During the ceremony, it was emphasized that it was precisely through the wise policy and patriotic initiatives of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the honorable Emomali Rahmon, that the fistful of soil of these illustrious sons of the nation was brought to the Motherland, and today their names are honored with special respect as fighters for the path of freedom, independence and national statehood.
The participants of the event assessed such spiritual and educational initiatives as important in strengthening the sense of national self-awareness, paying tribute to the history of statehood and educating the younger generation in the spirit of patriotism and self-awareness.
Also, during the visit, the good memory of other famous representatives of Tajik science, literature and culture was also preserved.
