Sabina Nazrieva, a lecturer at the Department of Romance and Germanic Languages of the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulugzoda, travelled to Nice, France, to participate in the international programme Universités d’été de Francophonia 2026 (Francophonia Summer University 2026).
As part of the programme, teachers from the Republics of Tajikistan and Uzbekistan, Italy, and Algeria came together to exchange professional experience, share best practices, and strengthen international cooperation in the field of French language education.
One of the key areas of training within the programme was “Artificial Intelligence in Enhancing the Action-Oriented Approach to Teaching: Lesson Design and Development of Pedagogical Scenarios.”
Participation in the Francophonia Summer University 2026 represented an important and valuable step in the professional development of French language teachers, providing opportunities to enhance their teaching expertise, explore innovative educational approaches, and become familiar with the effective use of artificial intelligence in language education.
