In accordance with the activity plan of the University’s Department of Educational Affairs, a productive meeting was held in the dormitory with students of the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature. The meeting aimed to prevent undesirable conduct, strengthen students’ sense of responsibility, and encourage their participation in university clubs.
The meeting was attended by and featured speeches from Dorosho Kabirzoda, Head of the Department of Educational Affairs; Shahlo Hasanzoda, Dean of the Faculty of Russian Language and Literature; and Mahbuba Izzatulloeva, Head of the Women and Girls’ Affairs Section.
During the meeting, the officials paid particular attention to compliance with dormitory regulations, maintaining cleanliness, following the established daily schedule, managing time effectively, and making the most of the academic period. It was also emphasized that students should make effective use of the available facilities, particularly the dormitory library, continuously improve their knowledge and broaden their horizons, and actively participate in national competitions.
It was further noted that, at the initiative of the University Administration, several handicraft and skills-development clubs have begun operating alongside the Foreign Language Learning Centre. These initiatives provide students with valuable opportunities to enhance their knowledge, practical skills, and abilities while pursuing their studies, as well as to develop their talents.
Such meetings play an important role in strengthening educational and character-building activities, preventing undesirable behaviour, and creating a positive learning and living environment in the dormitory.
