At the initiative of the International University of Foreign Languages of Tajikistan named after Sotim Ulughzoda, an demonstrative educational session titled “The Modern Journalist and Their Contribution to the Development of Society” was organized with the participation of well-known and successful journalists of the country.Today, students of the university had the opportunity to attend a guest lecture delivered by distinguished journalist and accomplished broadcaster Muhammadmusoi Idris, the author of the television program “Your Right” on Jahonnamo TV and the head of the announcers’ department at the State Institution “Jahonnamo Television.”
For over an hour, Muhammadmuso Idris delivered an engaging and insightful account of his professional journey, reflecting on the origins of his career, the role of continuous learning and retraining, and the deep passion that sustains his commitment to journalism. He elaborated on the practical methodologies behind preparing programs and reports, highlighted the expanded opportunities available to multilingual journalists, and underscored the pivotal role that the media professional plays in shaping and informing modern society.
To make the session engaging, memorable, and impactful, interactive games as well as question-and-answer segments were organized, which greatly interested the students.
It should be noted that, in accordance with the action plan of the Department of Analysis and Information at the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages of Tajikistan, named after Sotim Ulugzoda such instructive and exemplary sessions are held twice a month, featuring the participation of some of the country’s most accomplished journalists.
