According to the plan, the linguistic park of the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulugzoda offers interesting, engaging, and informative lessons taught by instructors using active teaching methods. Within the framework of the linguistic park, short-term courses are organized for learning Tajik, Russian, English, Korean, Arabic, Chinese, German, French, and Persian languages.

In addition, short-term courses are conducted in computer literacy, sewing, confectionery, and professional development for researchers, utilizing information technologies and educational-scientific practice.

It should be noted that the number of participants in the technological park continues to grow, and they regularly receive instruction from experienced and qualified teachers.

Classes and short-term courses in information technology, sewing, and confectionery are also offered. To facilitate the study of modern technologies, printing and sewing equipment is provided.

Training in short-term courses is organized with full provision of all necessary conditions and resources, allowing everyone to make effective use of them. Currently, the number of participants in both internal and external courses at the technological park exceeds 700 people. Upon completion of each course, every participant receives a certificate.
