The topic of multicultural communication, the role of languages, literature, and science in the development of modern society was discussed at the next international scientific-practical conference of the Sotim Ulugzoda International University of Foreign Languages ​​of Tajikistan, with the participation of domestic and foreign scholars.

The conference was attended in person and remotely by the Senior Advisor to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for Social Development and Public Relations, Doctor of Philology, Professor Abdullozoda Masrur Ahmad, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Russian as a Foreign Language at Kuban State University Nemyka Anna Anatolyevna, Doctor of Philology, Professor of the Department of Modern Russian at the Russian-Tajik (Slavonic) University Jabborova Marhabo Tukhtasunovna, First Deputy President of the Astana International University Mirzagalieva Anar Bazarovna, Head of the Russian Center for Science and Culture in Dushanbe Patrushev Andrey Valerevich, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Language at the Navoi Innovative University, Republic of Uzbekistan Yunusov Alisher Pandzhievich, Candidate of Philology, Associate Professor of the Department of Linguistics and Second Foreign Language at the Institute of Linguistics of the Altai State Pedagogical University, Barbashov Vladimir Petrovich, and a teacher at the international institution in Dushanbe, Chrantham Molly.

At the beginning, the Vice-Rector for Science and Innovation of the University, Candidate of Philological Sciences, Associate Professor Bakhtiyor Abdurahimzoda welcomed the guests to the University and considered the discussion of this topic at the conference important and necessary.

Then, the Senior Advisor to the Assistant to the President of the Republic of Tajikistan for Social Development and Public Relations, Doctor of Philological Sciences, Professor Abdullozoda Masrur Ahmad took the floor and expressed his gratitude to the University’s administration for organizing and holding international conferences. The study of multiculturalism and language and literature is one of the topics that should be of interest to scientists and the best findings should be presented to the new generation, so that young people can become more familiar with their origins, their rich language and literature, said Abdullozoda Masrur Ahmad.
