Today, on December 25, 2025, an event dedicated to the commentary and explanation of the message of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, esteemed Emomali Rahmon — was held at the Sotim Ulughzoda Tajik International University of Foreign Languages. The event was attended by the Rector of the University, Professor Jilo Gulnazarzoda, Chairman of the Executive Committee of the People’s Democratic Party of Tajikistan in the Sino District, Zohir Izzat Khabibzoda, Member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Supreme Assembly of the Republic of Tajikistan, Rustam Shokhmurod; as well as university faculty and students.

At the beginning of the event, Professor Jilo Gulnazarzoda warmly welcomed the guests and emphasized that the field of education remains under the constant attention of the President of the country. In her speech, the Rector highlighted the importance of proper upbringing and comprehensive education for the younger generation, fostering patriotism, respect for national culture and language, diligence, and responsibility among youth, and explained these aspects of the Leader of the Nation’s message.

Chairman of the Executive Committee of the PDPT in the Sino District, Zohir Izzat Khabibzoda, and Member of the Majlisi Namoyandagon of the Supreme Assembly, Rustam Shokhmurod, emphasized the role of the Founder of Peace and National Unity — the Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, Emomali Rahmon — in maintaining stability and peace in the country, promoting development across all sectors of the economy and society, gradually reducing poverty, reviving the memory of dozens of prominent figures, restoring historical sites, and presenting Tajikistan on the international stage as a proactive and initiative-driven country.

At the conclusion of the event, the Dean of the Faculty of International Relations, Associate Professor Muhabbatsho Kobilov, spoke during a discussion, providing detailed explanations of the aspects of the Leader of the Nation’s message related to national consciousness, self-respect, self-awareness, and the preservation of the cultural heritage of ancestors.
