On July 6, 2007 was created the Department of Monitoring and Management of Education Quality and the head of which was M.A. Jonova. Also from 1.02.2014. was transformed into the Service of Monitoring and Management of Education Quality. Usmonova M.Kh. relieved of the post of head of the Department of Monitoring and Management of Education Quality and appointed head of the Service of Monitoring and Management of Education Quality. Since August 2017, it was transformed into the Department of Monitoring and Management of Education Quality, and until May 2023 it was headed by Davlatsaidov Saidmakhmud Saidhomidovich.

Currently, the Department of Monitoring and Management of Education Quality consists of three working divisions: the head of the department is Navrasov A.B., the chief specialist is Ibragimov Isroil Nuralievich and specialist Sharofova Bibikhavo.

The Department of Monitoring and Management of Education Quality of the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages ​​named after Sotim Ulughzoda, as a substructure of the Education Department, operates on the basis of the Constitution of the Republic of Tajikistan and the instructions of the Founder of Peace and National Unity – Leader of the Nation, President of the Republic of Tajikistan, respected Emomali Rahmon, legislation in the field of education, Charter of the State Educational Institution “Tajik International University of Foreign Languages ​​named after Sotim Ulughzoda”, Regulations on the department and other regulatory legal acts of the industry and is responsible for the implementation of the following tasks:

– monitoring the level of quality of education in courses of groups and faculties related to current specialties in general and specialized subjects;

– use of information technology and monitoring of education quality control;

– providing teachers and students with issues of monitoring and assessing the quality of education;

– control of the bank of questionnaires, tests, written works on courses and specialties;

– comprehensive analysis of testing results and assessment of the quality of education;

– conducting research in the field of monitoring and assessing the quality of education;

-participation in activities related to the implementation of programs and targeted republican projects in the field of education and monitoring and assessment of the quality of education;

-participation in the development and organization of a unified educational information space on the quality of education;

– analysis and report on the annual state of the quality of education in the institution and its comparison with previous years;

-conducting practical scientific research in the field of updating the management system and assessing the quality of education;

– development of proposals for a strategy for the development of education quality management;

– preparation and implementation of indicators for assessing the quality of education and selective monitoring of the quality of education;

– implementation of consulting services on the quality of education;

– organization of the education quality management department;

– on behalf of the institution, submit a report every three months to the Agency for State Control in the Field of Education and Science under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan;

– consideration of department issues in the academic council of the educational institution (at least 4 issues per year).
