One of the acting section of the Tajik International University of Foreign Languages named after Sotim Ulughzoda is the Center for Technical and Communication Services, which has been established by the decision of the Board of Scholars of the Institute, №1 / 4-1 from 29.08.2016, covering 4 vacancies – the head of the center, chief specialist and two specialists.

The purpose of the establishment of such a center is to achieve the plans and programs of modern information technology and to provide communication among the other sections and departments of the institute through the Internet and technical support of computer classrooms at the University.

The Center also takes measures to improve procedure of documents in the institute through internal e-mails and takes concrete measures for their implementation.

The center carries out its activities in cooperation with each the board, department, division, faculty, and other sections of the institute and is responsible to the department of education.

Employees of the Center, in the course of their work, base their work on regulatory legal acts in the field of modern equipment and technology.

The staff of the center regularly monitors, analyzes and tests the order of proper and beneficial use of modern technologies in each section or department of the institute, and for its better and more purposeful use by teachers and specialists make useful and fair recommendations that contribute to the implementation of electronic administration policy at the University.
